The owner of a Lynnbrook process server company pleaded guilty to fraud Friday after his company failed to properly notify thousands of people that they were facing debt collection lawsuits. William Singler, owner of American Legal Process, admitted in Nassau County Supreme Court that he knew some of his employees didn’t properly serve court papers the company was hired to deliver.
